skin trouble concerns

I'm getting acne on my cheeks, and it's hard to manage. A big pimple just popped up. ㅠㅠ

I washed my face well, but once it starts breaking out, there is no end to it.

In times like this, I become cautious because I'm afraid that adding this and that might just make things more sensitive.
