Satisfaction with acne treatments? Did everyone see results?

I am considering laser treatment at a dermatology clinic because of my recurring acne, so I am posting this to find out about the actual satisfaction levels with acne procedures.

I am curious to know if the satisfaction with the acne treatment will be high enough to justify the high cost, or if there are limitations to its effectiveness. What is the typical satisfaction level when the treatment focuses on scar treatment and inflammation reduction?

While everyone's constitution is different, please recommend any types of acne treatments that generally have high satisfaction rates.

I am curious if post-procedure care is difficult, and what the important post-procedure factors are to achieve final satisfaction with the acne treatment.
