Please recommend some highly satisfying equipment for pore treatments that fill in enlarged holes.

As the weather gets warmer, the pores in the butterfly zone around my nose look more prominent, so I get angry every time I do my makeup.
No matter how thickly I applied primer, my skin still looked full of holes, so I eventually decided to get a pore treatment at a dermatology clinic.
I am a bit hesitant because I heard that Fraxel is very painful and significantly interferes with daily life.
