Is it best to start anti-aging treatments as early as possible? I'm curious about the effects and side effects.
I’m so upset because I’ve noticed my facial contours sagging lately. My nasolabial folds are starting to show a little, and I can feel my overall elasticity dropping drastically. I’m wondering if this is what they call aging, so I’m looking into anti-aging treatments.
But now that I’m actually trying to do it, there are so many types that it’s giving me a headache. From expensive treatments like Ultherapy and Thermage that sound high just by their names, to skin boosters like Rejuran that everyone is talking about these days... The prices aren't cheap, so is it really worth the cost? Everyone around me is telling me that pore care and elasticity are permanent once you get them done, so I need to start managing them now. On the other hand, others say that starting anti-aging treatments too early means they won't be effective later, so I’m really torn. Is it okay to get anti-aging treatments in my 30s? Any advice you give me would be a huge guide for me.
