I'm the type of person who feels more at ease knowing the process in advance when visiting a new place or getting a new treatment for the first time haha.

I want to get acne treatment, but I got nervous for no reason because I didn't know anything about what to do first when I arrived.

When I visit for the first time, do I have a consultation and check my skin condition first, and then decide on the acne treatment procedure to receive that day?

Or I am curious if you decide in advance what kind of treatment you want to receive when you make the reservation.

When I think of acne treatment procedures, only extraction or soothing come to mind, but I think there are actually several steps involved.

I am also curious if the steps are performed in order, starting with cleansing, followed by softening the skin, extraction, and soothing.

Does it take quite a long time on the first day, including the consultation time?

I want to discuss my skin condition in detail, so I think it would be best to allow ample time for my first visit.

Also, if the pain becomes too severe or my skin feels stinging during the acne treatment, is it okay if I let you know right away?

Since it's my first time, I'm worried I might just have to hold it in for no reason, so I want to know in advance.

I am also wondering if the skin becomes very red after the procedure.

I would also like to know if you go straight home after it's over, or if you finish up with a process like soothing or moisturizing at the end.
