I get worried about breakouts every time I exercise and sweat a lot haha

I really love exercising, so I make sure to do it about four times a week. The problem is that I sweat a lot after working out, and I feel like my skin condition fluctuates along with it during that time.
I have absolutely no intention of quitting exercising, haha. In fact, I want to keep doing it for my health, but I'm wondering how to balance it with acne skincare.
I think it would be best to shower immediately after my workout, but on days when it takes a while to get home from the gym, I end up staying in the shower for quite a while with my sweat still dry. Would it be helpful to mention this lifestyle pattern during the consultation?
Also, I think the habit of constantly rubbing with a towel to wipe sweat isn't good, so these days I'm trying to wipe by gently pressing it on.
I'm also curious if there are many people who skip exercise entirely on days they get acne treatments. I feel like it would be unnecessarily uncomfortable if I sweated a lot while feeling warm after a procedure or treatment.
I am wondering if it is more important for people who exercise to pay attention to basics like face washing and towel hygiene, rather than doing anything special.
If there are any of you out there who consistently do weight training or running while also taking care of your acne-prone skin like me, please let me know how you coordinate your workout schedule with your skincare routine :)
I can't give up exercising, and I hope my skin stabilizes a bit too, haha.
