How often do you change things like pillow covers or towels? Maintaining hygiene is surprisingly difficult.

Lately, while looking up various things about acne skincare, I realized that I should also pay attention to the products that come into direct contact with my skin.
To be honest, I wasn't the type to change my pillowcases that often, haha. I always use fresh towels, but I find it a hassle to get my bedding ready frequently, so I end up putting it off.
However, since the skin is in contact for several hours while sleeping, I think we need to pay a little more attention to hygiene.
How often do people who take care of acne-prone skin usually change their pillowcases?
I saw that some people change it every day, and I thought that would be too unrealistic for me, haha. Would doing it just two or three times a week feel like enough for proper care?
And it's best to use the cleanest towel possible to dry your face after washing, right? I sometimes have a habit of rubbing hard with a towel, so these days I just gently pat my face dry.
When I start taking care of my acne-prone skin, I plan to start by changing small habits like this together.
However, if I obsess too much over hygiene, I feel like I'll end up doing nothing but laundry every day, so I want to find a balance haha.
Besides bedding and towels, are there any of you who also pack items you touch frequently, like your phone screen?
For those of you who have actually tried organizing these habits while simultaneously taking care of your skin, I am curious to know which change was the most realistic to make first.
I just want to do it enough to maintain it for a long time haha.
