My jawline skin looks wrinkled. Can it be improved?

I am writing to ask because I have been particularly concerned about my chin skin lately. The rest of my face is fine, but the skin on my chin looks wrinkled and uneven. In particular, when I keep my mouth closed or tilt my head slightly, the surface of the skin feels like it is folding into small creases. When viewed up close, my pores appear more prominent, and even when I apply makeup, the chin area doesn't look clean.
At first, I thought it might be due to dryness, so I applied plenty of moisturizer, but there wasn't much difference. I am wondering if these symptoms are caused by a loss of skin elasticity, or if they are related to sebum or pore issues.
What procedures should I consider to improve the wrinkled appearance of my jawline skin? I would also like to know if treatments that manage both skin texture and elasticity, such as skin boosters or radiofrequency lifting, would be helpful. Since the jaw is a highly mobile area, I am also curious about how long the effects of the treatment will last. I am asking hospital staff what treatments are typically recommended for similar concerns.
