Can removing blackheads also shrink the pores on my nose?

I am writing to ask for advice because I am very stressed about the blackheads on my nose. I have always had a tendency to have oily skin on my nose, but lately the black dots look much more distinct, and it seems like my pores have enlarged one by one. I have tried washing my face carefully and managing my sebum regularly, but the effect is only temporary, and the blackheads quickly return. It is particularly severe around the sides of my nose rather than the bridge, so my skin doesn't look clean up close.
Can removing blackheads help shrink enlarged pores on my nose to some extent? Or should sebum removal and pore reduction be approached as separate treatments? I've heard that nose strips or extractions can actually enlarge pores, so I'm trying to avoid touching them as much as possible these days.
I would like to know if treatments like Aqua Peel or scaling are effective at dermatology clinics, and if there are laser treatments available to reduce sebum secretion itself. I am also curious about the typical intervals for managing recurring blackheads. I would appreciate responses from clinic staff regarding what treatments are recommended to improve the pores on the nose as well.
