I get pimples on my forehead every time before my period. What could be the reason?

Strangely, as my period approaches, pimples start popping up one by one on my forehead. My skin is usually not bad, but starting about a week before my period begins, small bumps appear on my forehead, and sometimes even red, painful pimples break out. At first, I thought it might be due to my shampoo or hair products, so I tried changing them, but seeing as it recurs around the same time every time, I think hormones might be playing a role.
Is forehead breakout before my period caused by increased sebum production due to hormonal changes? I am also curious why it flares up specifically concentrated on my forehead. It bothers me even though I try not to touch it, and it is even more stressful because red marks remain after it subsides.
Would receiving acne treatment at a dermatology clinic help prevent these recurring breakouts? I would also like to know which method is suitable among extraction, anti-inflammatory injections, or sebum control treatment. I would appreciate advice from clinic staff on how to manage my skin on a daily basis to reduce the skin troubles that recur every time I have my period.
