How to Manage Adult Acne and Red Marks Around the Mouth and Chin That Recur Every Change of Season

Hello

I'm worried because every year around late autumn, as the cold wind blows, hard, painful cystic acne always pops up around my mouth and along my jawline...

It seems like the dry weather causes the stratum corneum to thicken and clog pores, but once they appear, they don't go away easily, and the red pimple marks (PIE) linger for a long time, which is really stressing me out. I'm scared to get pigment laser treatment to remove the marks because my skin is dry and I'm worried it might irritate it further, but I'm also hesitant to squeeze the pimples because I'm afraid they will leave scars.

For managing adult acne and red marks during this late autumn transitional season, is it better to address the breakouts first at a dermatology clinic using Gold PTT or scaling? Or should I simultaneously treat the marks with a vascular laser like V-Beam? I would greatly appreciate it if you could share some tips for late autumn acne skin care.
