How should I determine the care order when there is oiliness on the cheekbones along with cheek marks?

The attached photo shows the area extending from below the eyes to the cheeks. The cheekbones are shiny due to excess oil, and there are small marks and visible pores here and there on the cheeks, so I am writing to inquire about how to manage this.
I would like to know if you provide guidance on management methods for each area separately during the consultation when I have both oily and blemished areas on the same face like this. I would also like to know whether it is better to receive acne treatment or laser treatment first.
Since the procedure is performed in an area close to the lower eyelid, could you please advise on how to protect the eyes during the procedure and whether it is acceptable to wear glasses if redness or swelling occurs afterward? I would also like to inquire about how to wash my face and moisturize before going to work.
I would also like to ask how many sessions are typically received at intervals of how many weeks if starting in the winter, and how to protect against UV rays during the treatment period.
