Do you distinguish between current skin problems and remaining red marks during a PDT consultation?

I came across Maypure's PDT guide while looking for information on managing chin breakouts and remaining marks. Since I have no experience with the procedure, I would like to confirm exactly who is eligible first. I am wondering if managing current breakouts and addressing the red marks remaining after they have subsided should be considered separate consultations.

When both issues are present, what criteria are used to distinguish between conditions where PDT can be considered first and those where other management should be examined first? I do not believe the same treatment should be determined solely because the skin appears red, so I would like to know the verification process conducted during an in-person examination. I would also like to ask if the consultation order changes if rough skin texture or dryness is present.

I would also like to know if I need to summarize the location and duration of any recent skin troubles, as well as the products I use, before the consultation. If I proceed, I would like to confirm whether I receive separate instructions regarding skin reaction on the day of the procedure, post-treatment precautions, and information regarding light or sunlight exposure. I do not intend to be diagnosed based on images; rather, I would like to know the consultation criteria at Maypure regarding what points I should verify before deciding on the procedure.
