I got laser treatment, but what kind of regenerative care do you all do??

Yesterday, I made up my mind and went to the dermatologist and got toning and other things. The director said I needed to do a good job with regeneration care, but the creams they sell at the hospital are too expensive, so I just came...ㅎ

Can I just use any regenerative cream I have at home?? Or would it be better to use something like a sheet mask every day?
