I get inexplicably more conscious of my skin after eating sweets. Shall we try recording our eating habits as well?

단 음식 먹은 다음이면 괜히 피부가 더 신경 쓰이는데 식습관도 같이 기록해볼까요?

I really love bread and desserts, haha. I don't eat them every day, but I tend to crave sweets especially during stressful weeks.

However, whenever my skin condition worsens and I think about what I've eaten recently, it seems like I've had a lot of desserts, so I can't help but wonder if there's a connection. The problem is, I've never actually kept an exact record, so it could just be my gut feeling, haha.

If I get an acne skin care consultation this time, I would also like to talk about my lifestyle habits.

Instead of blindly cutting out specific foods, would it be helpful to simply write down which days my skin was bad, my sleep duration, or my eating patterns?

I can't stick to a really strict diet for long. It's not like I'm on a diet, and I don't want to cut out all the foods I like just for my skin.

For those of you who have adjusted your diet along with acne care, did you really make drastic changes? Or did you just reduce late-night snacking or overeating and eat as usual? I am curious.

In particular, I have a habit of sticking to my diet on weekdays but binge-eating on weekends, so this might be an even bigger problem.

Since so many factors can affect the skin, I don't want to conclude that food is the sole cause. That is why I actually plan to keep a record of it.

If anyone has been managing their acne for a few months and found keeping a lifestyle note helpful, please let me know which items you wrote down.
