My skin always looks tired the day after I haven't slept well. Should I prioritize getting enough sleep first?

잠을 못 잔 다음날은 꼭 피부가 지쳐 보이는데 수면부터 잡는 게 우선일까요?

My average sleep time has dropped significantly lately because I've been working overtime constantly. In the past, I was fine even if I missed a day or two of sleep, but now I can really feel my skin condition deteriorating along with the fatigue when it lasts for a while.

So I think about getting acne treatment, but then I wonder if just getting treatments will really work when my lifestyle is a mess to begin with. lol

Of course, it would be best if I could sleep 8 hours every day, but realistically, it seems like that will be difficult for the time being.

Even in this situation, would it be okay to get acne skin care while gradually improving my lifestyle habits?

Whenever I think about how much sleep I got on days when my skin was in bad condition, I realize that there were generally many days when I didn't get enough.

So, from now on, I'm thinking of at least trying to make my bedtime consistent. I think I need to start by cutting down on looking at my phone for too long every night, haha.

Do people who consistently take care of their acne-prone skin tend to pay a lot of attention to sleep and stress management as well?

I know getting skincare won't completely change my lifestyle, but I think we should still try to manage the parts I can.

I am especially curious if busy office workers were able to maintain their management schedules even during periods of sleep deprivation.

If there are others like me whose skin shows fatigue first, what did you change first? I'm curious about realistic ways to work on it alongside skincare, rather than relying solely on treatments. :)
