I'm worried that if I stop the treatment right away just because my skin has improved, it might go back to how it was before.
I'm the type of person who lets my guard down as soon as things start to get better, haha. I take a break from exercising once I reach my target weight, and I stop all skincare because I get lazy as soon as my skin looks even a little bit better.
So, even if I start acne care, I'm worried that I might go back to my old habits once my skin stabilizes.
Is it possible to manage it at regular intervals initially, and then increase the visit interval as the condition improves?
I think the most ideal approach would be to focus on home care once things stabilize a bit, rather than going frequently, and getting treatments only occasionally when needed.
I am wondering if acne skin care is also closer to adjusting the intensity based on the condition rather than finishing it in a short period of time.
I also want to know which aspects I should continue to maintain once my skin improves. For example, continuing with basics like cleansing habits and moisturizing, while reducing harsh treatments.
I also have a habit of suddenly buying several new cosmetics whenever my skin gets better, haha, so I think I need to resist that first.
For those of you who have been receiving acne skin care for a long time, how did you maintain your condition after it stabilized?
I'm also curious if it was okay to significantly extend the interval between treatments, or if you felt more at ease continuing consistently for a while.
If I start with the maintenance phase in mind from the beginning, I think I won't let things fizzle out halfway this time either.
