My skin reacts differently every time the seasons change. Is it okay to continue receiving the same treatment?
My skin changes so drastically when the seasons change. When it's hot, I'm self-conscious about the oiliness, but as soon as the weather starts to get cold, my skin suddenly feels tight and breakouts pop up again.
So I want to try acne skin care, but I am wondering if people whose skin condition changes with the seasons can continue with the same treatment.
Especially from late autumn onwards, since indoor heating starts, I get this strange feeling that the outside is shiny but the inside is dry lol
In cases like this, should I also consider dryness or skin sensitivity rather than just managing breakouts?
I feel that maintaining the same home care routine I used in the summer is a bit too harsh for the winter, so lately I have reduced the number of products I use and am paying a little more attention to moisturizing.
I am wondering if the approach to acne skincare is adjusted to suit the season or recent skin changes if I talk about them in detail during the consultation.
I think it would actually be better if the treatment changed based on my condition that day, rather than repeating the same routine every time.
Also, in late autumn, the skin can feel dry and flaky, so I wonder if trying to remove the dead skin cells indiscriminately in this state might actually be a burden.
For those of you whose skin condition fluctuates wildly with every change of season, how do you manage your acne-prone skin?
I'm curious about how people manage this, especially those who are fine in the summer but become concerned again when the weather gets cold.
