Can I continue to receive acne treatment with White Peel even during the dry winter?

I have acne-prone skin that gets oily in the summer, and starting in the fall, my skin tends to feel very tight after washing. I am worried that receiving acne treatment during this dry season might cause more flaking.
I saw in the guide that the basic acne care includes extraction, a white peel, an anti-inflammatory injection, and a soothing pack. If the white peel is a step for exfoliating, I am wondering if it could be irritating during dry periods. I would also like to know if it is possible to omit steps or adjust the intensity depending on my skin condition.
I would appreciate it if you could confirm whether it is better to space out treatments more in winter than in summer, and how I should moisturize on the evening of the treatment. I am also curious if redness tends to remain when I go to work the next day.
