I keep getting pimples around my temples. What could be the cause?

I am worried because pimples keep popping up on both of my temples lately. At first, there were only one or two, so I thought they would go away quickly, but just as they seem to disappear, new ones appear in different spots. Perhaps because this is the area where my hair touches, it seems like I get recurring breakouts specifically in this spot.

I suspect that my shampoo or hair products might be the cause, so I am paying attention when washing my hair and trying to cleanse my face thoroughly, but there hasn't been much change. Sometimes I get pimples that hurt to the touch and feel hard inside, so I am trying not to touch them.

Are there cases where pimples on the temples have causes different from general acne? I am wondering if it could be due to issues such as sebum secretion or folliculitis. I would appreciate answers from hospital staff regarding whether dermatologists perform extraction or medication on these areas, and what kind of treatment I should receive to reduce recurring breakouts.
