I have been worried lately because the skin around my temples keeps breaking out. At first, they appeared like small pimples, but as time passed, some turned red, and a few of them sting when I touch them. It is quite stressful, especially since the breakouts are clearly visible when I flip my hair back or tie it up.
I don't usually wear bangs, and I haven't changed my cosmetics much, so I don't understand why this keeps happening only in this area. I change my pillowcase frequently and pay attention to washing my hairline when I wash my face, but it doesn't go away easily.
I am wondering if the pimples on my temples are due to excess sebum or clogged pores, or if there is a possibility that it could be another skin condition like folliculitis. I would also appreciate it if you could tell me what treatments are typically used for recurring skin troubles in a narrow area like the temples, and whether it can be managed without scarring or hyperpigmentation.
